The San Diego Botanic Garden project consisted of the renovation of the existing Lawn and Larabee House, as well as the construction of the new Administration and Horticulture Buildings, a total of 6,107 sf. The Lawn and Larabee House included modifications to repurpose existing structures, to improve functionality and upgrade finishes.

Staff offices were relocated to the new Administration Building, creating a central hub for administration and operations. The new Horticulture Building provides additional space for storage of various items, include golf carts, chemicals, and tools.
