New construction of a 4 level, 300,000 square foot parking structure for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest Division Medical Center in Balboa Park, San Diego. This design-build project provided over 1,000 additional spaces for the medical facility and upgraded surrounding pedestrian walkways and landscape.
