The Chula Vista Fire Station 10 at Millenia is a 12,575 square foot facility that will serve the new master-planned community of Millenia located in south east Chula Vista, CA. The design and construction of the Fire Station was managed by the Developer and was turned over to the City upon completion and acceptance by the City and Fire Department.

The two-story Fire Station includes three deep bays for parking fire apparatus, associated support spaces, administrative offices, and living accommodations for up to ten personnel. The living spaces include a fitness room, kitchen, dining, day room, individual bunk rooms, single occupancy restroom facilities and two large outdoor patios.

The design-build team worked closely with all of the stakeholders to ensure the comprehensive programming and project goals were attained and a quality of craftsmanship and durability lasting 50+ years was realized.

Through careful planning and attention to detail, Chula Vista Fire Station 10 supports the Fire Department’s mission, fits well within its modern urban context, and has been enthusiastically received by the Fire personnel, the Developer, the City of Chula Vista and the Millenia community.
