The proposed project is a new Area Office for the California Highway Patrol. The project includes an Administrative Office Building (Building A), Auto Service Building (Building B), a combined Radio Vault, Storage, Waste and Recycling Building (Building C), a Radio Antenna Tower and a Covered Fueling Island. Other improvements include a CHP secure (walled) parking lot with Solar PV Shade Canopies, a public parking lot, landscaping, on-site walkways, storm water treatment areas, frontage improvements with sidewalks and two drive entrance exits.
